This page describes what personal data PizzaLovers.se collects, why, and how you can contact us about your data. It applies to everyone who visits the site, subscribes to our newsletter or comments on a recipe.
Who is the data controller
PizzaLovers.se is run by BBQLovers. Questions about personal data go to the same address as everything else on the site – see Contact.
What data we collect
- Server logs. As with all web traffic, IP address, page and time are logged for a short period for technical reasons – troubleshooting and security, not to map individual visitors.
- Comments. The name and e-mail address you enter when commenting are stored together with the comment. The e-mail address is never shown publicly.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, your e-mail address is stored until you unsubscribe, which you can do via the link in every mailing.
- Contact form/e-mail. What you write to us, plus your sender address, so that we can reply.
- Statistics and ads. See Cookies for which third-party services (for example visitor statistics and ad networks) may set cookies and read technical information such as browser and approximate location.
We never collect more data than each purpose requires, and we never sell data on.
Legal basis and retention
Comments and the newsletter are based on consent – you can ask us to delete them at any time. Server logs are based on legitimate interest (operation and security) and are kept for a limited time before being deleted automatically.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected and to ask us to delete it. Get in touch via Contact and we will deal with it.

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page – the date of the latest change is shown at the top.
