What you can write about
- Corrections. If you find a mistake – a number, a claim or a broken link – we want to know. We correct openly.
- Questions about your dough. Tell us the flour, amount of water, yeast, times, temperatures and oven, ideally with a photo. That way we can give you a concrete answer.
- Test ideas. Is there something you would like us to measure? Suggestions for Tested are gratefully received.
Questions about a particular recipe or guide can also go in the comments on that page – that way other readers benefit from the answer too.
